2. THE CUSTOMER

4. ORDER

Orders placed on the Site are subject to compliance with the procedure established by "A la Magnolia" represented by a series of steps that the Customer must follow to validate their order. 6. DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by La Poste in mainland France, the French overseas territories, and throughout Europe. Shipping is made within 24 to 72 business hours after the seller has fully received payment for the item. In the event of an unusual delay in processing your products, you will receive an email.

The product is delivered to the billing address unless otherwise stated in the fields provided for this purpose when placing the order.

- Colissimo international signature required: Delivery against signature - Full refund in case of loss/theft/damage after response and confirmation by the Post Office services .

- Mondial Relay: Packages will be delivered to the collection point chosen at the time of payment. Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage after a response and confirmation from Mondial Relay.

"A la Magnolia" reserves the right to modify the delivery method -

Goods always travel at the recipient's risk.

In case of incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, the new shipment will be charged in addition to the order.
However, despite all the care taken by "A la Magnolia" in preparing packages, a product may be missing.
Likewise, after transporting the package, one of the products may turn out to be defective.

“TRACKING YOUR ORDER”

Complaints: For any complaints, we invite you to contact our services. All complaints relating to a defect in the delivered goods, an inaccuracy in the quantities or their erroneous reference compared to the offer accepted or the confirmation of the order by "A la Magnolia" must be made to "A la Magnolia" by email no later than one day after receipt of the package: alamagnoliaa@gmail.com

The buyer has a period of fourteen days after obtaining the return agreement to return the defective goods properly protected, must be sent by letter with tracking, to "A la Magnolia" . After verification and acceptance of your return, a credit note will be issued upon receipt of the defective item, within 48 hours.

7. RETURNS, WITHDRAWALS AND CREDITS

The credit for the products will be issued using a code sent to the customer by email. The customer has a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the email. The credit will be issued using a code to be entered on a future order. The customer will receive an email with the amount, the name of the code, and the maximum use-by date.

The liability of "A la Magnolia" cannot be implemented for the non-performance of a contract in the event of unavailability of a product, force majeure usually recognized by French case law.
